Education activities take place at various locations

Last month we held educational activities in several locations.
School groups from St Lawrence and Bel Royal visited the Val de la Mare Arboretum, a group from Trinity School asked us to work with them on a project looking at changes throughout the seasons at Adelina Wood and First Tower School asked us to carry out some activities in St Andrew’s Park where nut and seed collections along with ‘mini-beast hunts’ were organised.
In a new departure for us, we’ve been working with some students and staff from Alternative Curriculum provision and we’re grateful for the students’ help in stacking brushwood from recent felling and pruning in the Val de la Mare Arboretum.
Please get in touch if you think we can be of assistance in developing an educational activity or project.
