Birds On The Edge St.Ouens pond (phase one)

As part of the ongoing Birds On The Edge project and in conjunction with one of our core aims to restore and protect Jersey’s hedgerows for the benefit of the Islands’ biodiversity, we have been planting new hedgerows near St.Ouens pond. This particular project, commisioned by the National Trust, will be undertaken in phases, this being phase one. In total 620 native hedgerow whips were planted! Many thanks to our volunteers who helped brave the very changeable weather in order to assist us and complete this project.
